Please read the delivery details carefully below before ordering as we cannot be responsible for errors or non deliveries as a result of customer errors.

 
Addresses
 
Plasware will ship to the delivery address given and in most cases we recommend that this is a business address or home address. We CANNOT deliver to P. O. Box addresses. Our couriers will attempt delivery between the hours of 9am and 5pm on Monday to Friday to the address provided. Plasware supply goods throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Deliveries that are not considered United Kingdom mainland will incur a surcharge (i.e. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man for example). Please note, we cannot process orders to the Republic of Ireland or Europe through our website, please call us and our staff will be happy to assist.
 
Deliveries

Deliveries of Products paid for by 1pm will be processed for next day delivery. Orders paid for after 1pm will be despatched the next day for delivery the day after. Plasware will aim and do their utmost to adhere to times stated for delivery. Plasware will not be liable for damages of any nature arisin directly or indirectly out of any delay in delivery or completion. The time stated for delivery is an estimate and not a term of any contract.
 
 
The Customer shall ensure that a responsible person shall be at the place to take and sign off the delivery of the Products. Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the Customer on their order. Plasware reserves the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether. If the Customer fails to take delivery a second attempt will be made or a card will be left stating a delivery was attempted. If the Customer provides inadequate delivery information for delivery or does not accept delivery after all atempts a charge may be incurred. This will be for the cost of carriage of the refused delivery both to and from the premises of the Customer in addition to the Plasware's administration and re-stocking charges. A charge of £20.00 or 15% of the delivery value, whichever is the greater, will be made.  Any discrepencies in orders should be recorded at the time of delivery and reported to Plasware immediately. Any errors in delivery will be addressed according to our returns terms.
 
If Plasware have to re-route a delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address or the Customer wishes to change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched, there will be a re-delivery charge equal to the amount initially paid plus £10.00 exclusive of VAT.
 
Order Shortages
 
Costomer orders may be delayed if there are any unforeseen stock shortages. Customers will be notified by e-mail or telephone if this is the case. Delays can also occur if Plasware cannot get immediate security clearance for order goods payments. The security of our Customers is paramount; therefore checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details.
 
Damaged Goods
 
Delivered goods must be checked carefully, to ensure it nothing has been opened or tampered with. Once Cutomers have signed for the package or packages the goods are deemed as delivered.
 
Where goods have been damaged or tampered with on route, Plasware must be notified immediately so appropraite action can be taken.
 
Non Delivery or Shortages
 
Plasware will make every effort to deliver within the estimated delivery time quoted and will not be held responsible for any loss caused to the Customer by non-delivery. Therefore Customers should provide enough lead-time when placing an order as Plasware cannot be held responsible for disappointment resulting from the delivery time.
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by the Customer, Plasware must be informed within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, via e-mail or telephone. Unfortunately Plasware cannot accept claims after that time.

Please note Plasware try to ensure good stock levels, but inevitably some goods become out of stock at times. On rare occasions that this does happen, Customers will be notified by email and orders will automatically be back ordered to be dispatched as soon as possible. Customers unable to wait will be offered a full refund.
